SO great to be back @PinfoldStreet today with 3 performances of our 5 Ways to Well-being Show ☀️🌈🍃
We have come full circle, and today said goodbye to the children of Year 6 who we first met when they were in Reception! #emosh

With @ncogb's Artistic & Educational Director @Cath_Arlidge MBE of the amazing @stringcredibles, at today's webinar with Sports Psychology Coach cum pro French Horn player, Tom Taffinder. Lots of wind/warm-down stretches & walked through Visualisation to be the BEST we can be! ❤

We found a few minutes during the shows @HillFarmPrimary today to check out the partial solar eclipse! Sadly the British weather made it rather difficult to see... but big thanks to @TheGenghisKen for sending us the glasses 😎
